- Archie Rose Distilling Co - Sydney’s first distillery in 160 years, this award-winning distillery will be serving cocktails with a middle eastern twist.
- Efendy Balmain - Traditional Turkish recipes with a contemporary touch, using the best of Sydney’s produce.
- Sundweesh - A clever fusion of the western sandwich with exciting Middle Eastern flavours. Lebanese breads with sweet and savoury fillings.
- Middle Eastern Street Food - Turkish Gözleme made from the freshest ingredients, including their own home grown spinach. Your choice of spinach and feta cheese or for meat lovers, delicious minced beef and chicken.
Enjoy a great mix of Arabic music and pop up live music and dance performances from a variety of Western Sydney artists, curated by Firas Naji.
TUNNEL.OF.TENTS – Georgina Humphries
Experience a kaleidoscopic passage illuminating a path through the City Centre car park. Made entirely from discarded tent material, the thorny patchwork drips from the ceiling like stalactites, sharp in appearance but soft to the touch.
Momentum – Emerging Artists from Sunnyfield
Experience a series of short performances created in collaboration with Western Sydney artist Kay Armstrong and emerging artists living with disability. Between 7pm-8.15pm Wednesday & Friday.
Parramatta Seen – Raffles College Parramatta
Parramatta, rich in cultural diversity, serves as a fascinating subject to explore and record. Selected alumni and students from the Photography department at Raffles College Parramatta were invited to create images in response to the theme Parramatta Seen.
