Getting Here

Parramatta Lanes is on from Tuesday 15 to Friday 18 October, from 5pm - 10pm.

There will be some changes to parking, and some road closures, throughout the city as detailed below. We strongly encourage you to take public transport to the event where possible.

Public Transport

Parramatta Interchange is well serviced by buses and trains and is just 30 mins from Central and 25 mins from Redfern! For transport information visit transportnsw.info or call 131 500.

Walking

From the station take the Argyle St exit, continue west towards Centenary Square.

If you're coming from the bus stops along Victoria Rd, head down Church St towards Centenary Square.

For buses on Smith St, alight near Phillip, George and Macquarie Streets.

Ride Your Bike

Parramatta CBD is well connedted to bike paths and greenways, so not only is it easy to get around, but also great for your health and the environment!

Bike valet parking available by Addventageous, located at Riverbank.

Accessibility 

All event sites at the festival are accessible. There are accessible amenities located at all toilet stations except Horwood Place.

Please ask any event or security staff at the festival if there’s something we can do to help improve your night.  

Park and Walk

Pre-plan your trip for a fuss-free experience. City Centre Car Park is the most central off-street parking during the event with access via the Macquarie St entry. The Riverside Car Park will be accessible via George Khattar Lane only. Eat Street Car Park is exit only daily after 4pm.

Access only from Macquarie Street: midday – 11:00pm Tuesday 15th October, 2:00pm to 12:00am Wednesday 16th - Friday 18th October

City Centre Car Park 
South exit closed, exit only from east exit onto Macquarie Lane: 4:00pm to 12:00am Tuesday 15th - Friday 18th October

Horwood Place
Between the City Centre Car Park and George St. Closed midday – 11:00pm Tuesday 15th October, 2:00pm to 12:00am Wednesday 16th - Friday 18th October

Eat Street Car Park
Closed from 4:00pm Tuesday 15th - Friday 18th October. Exit only. Alternative parking available at the City Centre or Riverbank multi-level car parks.

Erby Place (off Phillip Street)
Closed from 4:00pm Tuesday 15th - Friday 18th October

Roxy Car Park (Macquarie Lane open air car park)
Closed from Friday 10th -  Monday 21st October

Riverbank Car Park on Dirrabarri Lane (open air)

Additional traffic management measures will include a marshalled pedestrian crossing point from Batman Walk across Macquarie Lane, temporary traffic lights on the corner of George Street and Horwood Place and traffic control staff and pedestrian marshals throughout the city.

Please be aware there may be traffic delays in the CBD on event evenings and take care when travelling through the city.
